I have no excuse, as of now, to not be continually moving in the direction of health, caring for myself, and full integration.
As I integrate and release the old information, the information of the old paradigm, I am released into full choice and agency for my own life. As the stories are metabolized, I am no longer bound by their spell, and I can breathe freely, and move as I so choose, not as has been determined, or chosen for me.
As I approach the close of my fortieth cycle round the sun, I am standing in the self I choose and determine myself to be, and I learn to align my actions and movements with my deepest truths and knowings.
And I Release all that is no longer useful. I release that which continues trying to teach me lessons I have already learned, and I fully embrace and integrate and embody those lessons in my daily thoughts, words, actions, and behaviour (comportment).
My body is stressed, but I can know, from a more expansive place, that that is simply the process of integration moving through me, letting go and facing stuck attachments as I do so, and then organizing my cells in the meanwhile as free space becomes available and new, fresh, truer connections are made. ❤️⭐️🌀
